Mp3 sound/speech amplification

I have about 20 or so mp3 files, each
about a minute or 2. 3 minutes for 1 or 2 of them. All I need of these mp3s is the speech/ voice that is recorded. As of now the speech/voice volume is extremely low/faint and barely audible at all. I need all the background noise/hiss and everything else gone and the speech/voice to be amplified so it is clear and audible.
