set up and run the audiovisual technology for a two hour hybrid in-person/online public forum in Canberra for 50-70 people in Canberra
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
Need someone with a laptop, mini microphones, camera and 4G internet connection etc with the skills to set up and run a two hour hybrid in-person/online zoom meeting in Canberra on Tuesday night 12 July from 7-9 pm. The person would probably need to arrive at the venue at 6pm to set up, and then pack away after 9pm, so overall time commitment would be 3.5 hours on the 12th July, plus a one hour test run a few days beforehand.
For the audio, an option is small lapel microphones that click onto the two microphones that will be used for in-person meeting attendees. For the visual, an option is a camera on a tripod that can focus on the speakers and transmit video to online zoom meeting attendees.
For the in-person attendees, a projector will be used to project Powerpoint presentations.
As the venue has a poor internet connection, we would also need the freelancer to provide a 4G connection to the internet.
