podcast mastering and editing

I'm looking for an experienced podcast mastering and editing professional to work on my podcast episodes which are longer than 60 minutes. In addition to mastering the recordings, I need general editing in some parts of the audio to cut out long gaps, umms and ahhs, and to generally tighten up the dialogue. I would like the podcasts to be cut down by around 25% using an aggressive editing approach. I do not need any background music or sound effects to be added in the podcast at this time.
