podcast editing and releasing

We are an established podcast that has recently lost our producer. You can visit our podcast at horseindustrypodcast.com. My co-host and I both have fulltime jobs so we are happy recording our episodes, but we do not have time to edit the raw audio and/or publish our episodes. We are looking for a professional who is experienced with audio editing (we recorded in Audacity and then uploaded the .mp3 audio into Dropbox). With that said, I'm able to do some of the initial editing in Descript if that will help save us some money. Typically, episodes are less than 30 minutes long and require a capable hand to ensure that everything sounds great. Sound quality important to us! We also need help with episode publishing and distribution, so finding someone who provides full assistance in this area is a must. If you have the technical skill and know-how to successfully edit podcasts and can help me turn them into polished, high-quality audio programs, then we'd love to hear from you! We are not making money on our podcast, although we do have a strong following and 34K downloads. We love our podcast and want to keep it going.... but we need a new producer. We would like to do a "re-launch" with fresh music! We're looking to partner with someone that loves our podcast like we do!
