podcast editing

I have a podcast (we've already released 8 episodes) and we would love someone to do the editing for us. It's about two hours long and we often run over in our recording sessions. We can mark what we want cut in a transcript, and we would need someone to make those cuts and do sound mixing. We have a couple of sound effects and music cues, nothing too complicated. Thank you!!
