I need the back noise of the tv removed and the whispers enchanched -- 2

I am looking for a professional audio editor who can remove the background noise from a 5-10 minute MP3 audio clip. Additionally, I need the whispers in the audio to be enhanced throughout the entire clip. Listening for love intimate sounds between two women. One being my wife. sounds such as moans and groans. Not to be to graphic but from what I can edit. I most definitely hear the ruffling on the bed on and off for extended of periods of time. I’m sure you’ll under what I’m looking for once you compress the back around of the shower you’ll hear what I’m talking about loud and clear I’m just not a professional. Trying to figure out what they are whispering to each other as well.
Not looking to spend a bunch a money. To a professional I can’t see it taking very long at all.
