I need a sound engineer to sort out my zoom room properly

We have a zoom room that needs to produce webinars and video recordings with high sound quality. We have a Shure SM7B Vocal Dynamic Microphone with a TC Helicon GoXLR MINI Online Broadcast Mixer with USB/Audio Interface and Midas Preamp. But the sound quality is not there (predominantly not a crisp sound and too much echo) We need to have someone to come in and advise on improvements (probably sound proofing and settingup the preamp or buying a better one.
