I need a sound engineer familiar with audacity.

I need a sound engineer familiar with audacity. I have put together a small recording studio. I am using vocal background tracks to record songs. Audacity is great for this. I just can’t seem to get good recordings. If you have any other suggestions of better software to do this, I am open to the suggestions. Please help
