In need of multi-talented voice actor -- 2

This is for a special new project I am working on. I am looking for a voice actor who has the ability to do hundreds if not thousands of voices. I also want one with excellent acting skills and a good many years of experience of such. I also would like one who can sing. Also, if possible, one who is capable of improvising sometimes.
