I need help connecting my universal Apollo solo thunderbolt to Windows zoom

I need help connecting my universal Apollo solo thunderbolt to Windows zoom. I have bad audio when it does connect with the other person in zoom. I have checked all the settings. I have levels and hear myself through headphones but the audio on the hosts end is bad.
