I need an audio technician to help setup a console with a pc

Hello we are a church just starting out and need help to understand how to use our new equipment. We have an Allen&Heath QU-16 digital mixer that we need to connect to a PC to play music from the PC onto the console and also we want to know how to record from the mixer either onto the PC or onto a usb stick/hard drive
