I need an audio technician

I am looking for an audio technician that could help set up our PA system with a set of microphones and a mixer to be used for in person conferences and also online (teams). Currently the setup has a lot of crackling noise when we play music/audio through the speakers, sometimes making the audio unusable. the current setup consists of 2 Bose L1pro 8, one bose t4s tonematch mixer.
I am interested in hiring a specialist that can teach me how to set everything up and make a manual so that also my collegues can do this without me being here. Looking forward to your reply.
