improve quality of audio on 12 clips

I have the videos recorded on the iPad with no microphone and the quality of the sound is obviously different from the follow-up videos that were recorded with the microphone. I need to match the quality of the sound.
I can provide the already edited files (12 clips), where I used what was available in the iMovie to enhance the sound or raw files.
This shall be an easy project for someone who has the right software and knows what they are doing.
