iPhone Voice Note Audio Cleanup

I have an iPhone voice note that needs to be cleaned up. The recording includes background noise, echo, and reverb, as well as subtle movement and whispers. These sounds need to be emphasized while minimizing the overall white noise.
Ideal skills for this project include audio engineering, sound design, and experience with noise reduction software.
The entire file is nearly 1gig but I only need about an hour and fifteen minutes cleaned up. I can send the file when I get a response due to the mb limit on here.
