fix mp3 bad live recording

Hello, I am looking for an experienced sound engineer to help fix a live recording that was distorted. The entire recording needs to be addressed, with the desired final output being in MP3 format.
The recording was made using a Rode microphone with incorrect settings and overwhelmed the camera. The audio is unusable. It is approximately 35 minutes long. I have attached a spectrogram view of the file. If possible, perhaps you could send me a small sample of the clip to demonstrate what repairs are achievable.
