edit audio recording

I am looking for a freelancer to edit a 1-hour audio recording. The main requirement is noise reduction to improve the audio quality. No additional sound effects or music need to be added, just editing. I have spent hours trying to edit out hums at many different Hz so I can amplify and capture the voices clearly, but I'm stuck and need help!
