convert mp4 to hls using ffmpeg that works on safari through shaka player

we want some one write an ffmpeg command that will convert 1 Mp4 to HLS Adaptive bit stream (multi res -multi-audio) through ffmpeg and show that it works on safari iphone from our shaka player in our site

the job points are:
1. Create the conversion code On our server and run on 1 mp4

2 make sure it streams using safari IPHONE on our in our site shaka player !
