TF & MQ audio repair

I have a 3 minute audio file that has background noise from an AC system running. I would like to remove the noise. I have tried to use noise reduction in Audacity, but it alters the speakers voice too much. I was hoping to find someone who could remove this noise while keeping the voices in tact and possibly normalizing them.
