Youtube audio content making (Tamil)

Hi,
we are planning to start a YouTube channel, we planned to outsource the content creation. we share different topics, depending on the topic they need to do research and record audio in Tamil. we will have a team add a video to that audio and editing, part. Mostly the topic will be on crypto and self-development or about books summary.
If they are ready to record a video most welcome.
