Write and Edit Guided Meditation session

I have written a guided meditation script for goal planning. The central core text of the script is ready. I need help reviewing whether the script makes sense and whether the flow 1.logical 2. being communicated well. You may change flow /steps mentioned in the scrip as required The English sentences will have to be rewritten to suit it better for the guided meditation audio . The script will be further sent for audio voiceover and hence the document needs to be accordingly edited.
