You will be replying directly in the app, using the detailed script I’ve already prepared, so there’s no need to create responses from scratch—just make sure each answer is delivered promptly and in a friendly tone that matches our brand voice.
The volume varies throughout the day, but speed and consistency matter more than sheer quantity. A basic grasp of courteous written Indonesian is essential, and you should feel comfortable copying-and-pasting scripted replies while personalising small details such as the customer’s name or order number when needed. If a question falls outside the script, flag it for me rather than improvising.
