Voice (*.mp3,*.mp4) file Rating Based on Pre defined words

This project demand output as Rating of Pre-Recorded Voice file in *.mp3 &*.mp4 format. Rating should be in the range of 1 to 10. 10 seems to be perfect and 1 seems to absolutely poor. This Rating should be based on some predefined word in library. e.g. A had a conversation with B for 20-25 minutes and same got recorded and during conversation, if any one has used any word e.g. silly, useless etc. and these words is already there in library (you need to define your own library), then voice file rating should be given accordingly. Please send the quote in USD only and tracking will be done on daily basis and any deviation to plan will have penalty of 5% per day of total agreed cost. Thank you.
