Voice Recording Clarity Enhancement

I need an audio engineer to improve the clarity of a voice recording made in a home environment. The project requires an expert with experience in audio enhancement and who can deliver high-quality sound. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in audio processing software and a keen ear for detail. I'd like background hum removed, spaces and hesitations edited out and a clearer, sharper vocal if possible. Sample is attached. It's about 3 hours in total, currently split into 6 files. Alternatively, if my budget is too small, I'd like the sample done with instructions on how I can reproduce what you've done in adobe audition.
