Voice Agent Call Evaluation Project
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m running a reliability study on English-speaking voice agents and need a seasoned call-center professional (or consulting entity) to carry out 200 short test calls—each lasting roughly four to five minutes—and then rate every interaction on our web-based scorecard.
Here is how the process will flow: I supply the phone numbers, a concise script for each scenario, and access to our in-house scoring dashboard. After every call you simply log straight into the tool, tick the relevant fields and add any quick notes.
Because the calls total approximately 700 minutes, 143 calls each being 4-5 minutes each, I’m looking for someone who understands pacing, can keep detailed notes, and is comfortable maintaining consistent quality over a high volume of interactions. Prior experience in a call-center or QA environment is essential—you’ll appreciate the nuances of agent behaviour and know how to keep conversations on track without influencing the results.
ALSO, one thing that is important is being able to speak English without a heavy accent. It would be ideal if you could post any audio recording so that I can assess your accent. (This requirement is not meant to be discriminatory in any way - I myself are from Latin America - it's just that it's the only way to test voice agents that are for the American public.
Deliverables
• 143 completed calls placed to the provided numbers
• A basic scorecard for each call on whether they passed and if there was something memorable in the call
• Brief qualitative comments whenever an interaction deviates from the script or produces notable inaccuracies
I’ll handle onboarding to the platform and provide support during the first few test calls to ensure we’re aligned on scoring standards. Once we’re both satisfied with consistency, you can work through the remaining calls at your own pace within the agreed timeline.
If this fits your background, let’s talk and get the first batch scheduled.
