Videographer or Audiographer 2 day Workshop, Hotel Las Vegas Feb 9 and 10

I need someone well presented, discrete and professional to setup and video or audio record a 2 day workshop next week, Feb 9 & 10 in Vegas. Need files updated to dropbox file. Breaks throughout day, 10.30, 1pm, both days. No production or special talents, capture the flipcharts, discussions and powerpoint presentation images. Workshop is in a hotel in Vegas. Approximately 15 people.
