Video and sound editor required for Holy Quran recitation for Youtube project on my channel

I would like to post recitation of the Holy Quran in my voice on Youtube during the coming month of Ramadan and I want video and sound editor who can sync my voice with the Arabic text that will move and get highlighted accordingly. I want someone who can provide Arabic text of the Holy Quran as presently I dont have it in digital format.

Also, I need someone who can remove the noise from the sound recordings as I will record using a lav mic. Only individuals who understand the Holy Quran and can read it so that they can sync properly may send proposals.

This will be a long project as I am yet to record my recitation. I was thinking to take 1 juz (para in Urdu) per day and accordingly send it for editing.
