Video recording - make background voice more clearer

I have a video recording of a meeting recorded on Quick Time Player, on an Apple Mac. The sound of the lady cuts out after I start to use ear phones. I need someone with good technical sound skills who will probably have some sound editing software to focus in on the lady's voice and increase the volume to make it audible. You can hear her voice slightly in the background but it is too faint to hear with normal hearing. The meeting starts at around 8 minutes into the recording (see link below). I need audio / video of the lady's voice so I can listen to it and make my own notes about what she said.
