Video Editing with Energetic Voice-over

I need a video editor who can enhance my video with audio editing. This includes incorporating an energetic and enthusiastic voice-over narration. The ideal candidate should have experience in:
- Basic video editing (trimming, transitions)
- Advanced editing (effects, color correction)
- Audio editing (voice-over, background music)
- Integrating sound effects
The video needs to be trimmed and transitions added to ensure a smooth flow. The voice-over will be provided, but you will need to synchronize it with the video. You will also need to add in background music and sound effects where appropriate.
