Veteran Story Interview Series

I’m putting together a heartfelt video series where veterans speak directly to fellow veterans, sharing personal stories of service, transition, and life beyond the uniform. I need a creative partner to handle the full interview cycle:

• Schedule a minimum of 10 veterans from our companies senior living communities. This would need to be on-site and pricing would need to include some travel to Louisville, Cincinnati, and Nashville.
• Conduct engaging, on-camera conversations that run 5–10 minutes each.
• Capture clean video and audio, whether on-location or via remote recording—whichever fits each veteran’s situation.
• Edit every segment for clarity, pacing, and impact, then deliver individual clips plus a cohesive series opener/closer.
• Add lower-thirds, light color correction, and balanced sound so the final files are ready to publish.

Give me a short outline of your approach, preferred gear or software, and any examples of documentary-style interviews you’ve produced. Timelines are flexible within reason, but I’d like to see first cuts within a 2 weeks of kickoff.
