Live Chat (a small fraction)
Make outbound calls (a small fraction)

Hope or enjoy WORKING FROM HOME
Have at least 2 years' working experience in Call Center
Are fluent in English (native level)
Are fine with 9am - 5pm PST being the working hours
Are service-oriented, responsible, have excellent customer care attitude and problem-solving skills
Are familiar with soft phone, equipped with quality PC and Headset
