Surveillance camera audio fix

Hi, I wanted to find a professional that is able to edit just the audio portion on video camera footage. I would like to hear the background voices clearer and louder if possible and have the white noise and unwanted sounds removed. Every voice captured on video has knowledge of the security camera. I have 4 different recordings that I would like edited.
