Sound person for speaking event

So I'm running an event with speakers taking the stage for 20 minutes each. It's in Miami and runs from 9am - 4pm roughly from Nov. 4th - 6th. We just need someone to watch the mic levels while the speakers are speaking and to adjust if needed. Very basic needs.
