Sound Engineer required to make a voice audible which is distant from microphone

I'm looking for a sound engineer who can make a distant voice audible in a noisy environment. The voice recording is part of a larger audio file in MP3 or WAV format. The ideal candidate should have experience in noise reduction techniques and audio editing software. Additionally, knowledge of equalization and compression would be an advantage.


Please note that voice is coming from afar and is too low so we need someone to make the audio audible so a translator could understand what is being said. we have around 1 hour length of audio file but you will have to edit 2 minutes audio file as sample to assure you can do this. The project requires the following skills:

- Noise reduction techniques
- Audio editing software (e.g. Audacity, Adobe Audition)
- Equalization and compression
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
