Sound Engineer to Modulate Voice Over Track

I've recorded a voice over track on Garage Band. I'm looking to create the final version that is equalized and modulated for optimum sound quality. I will be adding it to an .mp4 file.
I'm looking for someone experienced who knows how to put the finishing touches on a track like this to make it sound great. This can also be the beginning to a great long term relationship as I will have numerous projects like this. I'll pay $35 for a finished product to my satisfaction.
If you can teach me how to do this and be my long term sound editing tutor, that's even better.
