Song Splicing Expert Needed

I'm looking for an audio engineer/musician who can professionally splice together the intro of Song 1 (1 minute 18 seconds) with a transition to be smooth and gradual fade to beginning of second song and then gradual fade at about a minute and 44 seconds. The final product should be delivered in MP3 format. Cold play all my love is song 1 and Coldplay with PNAU all my love is second song .
