Software to modify the voices according to the original, when speaking and when singing (original and modified voice recording).
There are already digitals softwares on the market with thousands of cloned voices of public people known worldwide (politicians, actors, businessmen, etc...), but separately I would be interested in being able to choose the people from my country (Romania).
Software to sing or speak, to do voiceover (spoken and sung) with the original voice, directly from the text format, so that I can enter the text manually that I want those characters to speak or sing, using voice cloning from other material where they speak for real with their original voice.
I want to animate people from the images with them but also from the video with them (for example video with declarations, political disputes or conversations any video I find with them).
I'm interested in making videos pamphlets between famous people, not with only one person speaking, but also conversation with 2, 3 or 4 people at the same time (but who obviously speak or sing each in turn, not all at once).
It is very important that it is easy to use, that all actions are put in order in the software or on the website, so that I can easily make a video, I don't want something complicated.
Separately from what I will pay the IT programmer, I will buy with a license all the necessary programs, so that the chosen programmer can make a unique project for what I need, but with several options from which I can choose depending on the project, so that I can create my own videos.
