Skate Alarms

I am interested in creating a "car alarm" but for my skates. One i can press the lock button on a remote that would make LED lights flash while sounding a 'chirp chirp' like an exotic sports car would make when the alarm is armed. Im really in jamskating/rollerskating and think people would go nuts if i took my skates off and put them down and armed the alarm on my skates and they made the lights flash and chirp chirp sound. Every skater in there would want to buy it I bet.
