Set up podcast in next 24hrs

I am looking for someone to help me set up my podcast within the next 24 hours. We have recorded the file but need some help setting everything up to it can be a live podcast on spotify, itunes, etc.

The project requirements are as follows:

Hosting Platform:
- The client is not sure yet which hosting platform they would like to use for their podcast. The freelancer will need to be knowledgeable about Anchor, SoundCloud, and Libsyn, and be able to provide guidance on the best option for the client's needs.

Episode Length:
- Each episode of the podcast will be more than 30 minutes in length. The freelancer should be experienced in handling longer episodes and be able to ensure the audio quality remains consistent throughout.

Audio Editing:
- The client is unsure if additional audio editing will be needed. The freelancer should be skilled in audio editing and be able to provide this service if required.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Knowledge of Anchor, SoundCloud, and Libsyn hosting platforms
- Experience in handling and producing podcasts with episodes longer than 30 minutes
- Proficiency in audio editing software for potential editing needs
