Seminar Video Recording Needed
Budget: $250 – $750 NZD
I’m looking for a reliable videographer who can capture my upcoming talk in Pt Chevalier, Auckland.
Event details
• Friday, 24 October 2025
• Selwyn Village Theatre, Target Road, Pt Chevalier
• Session 1: 10:30 am – 12 pm (PowerPoint presentation)
• Session 2: 1 pm – 2 pm (audience Q&A)
Scope
• Record the seminar with a single camera, delivering both video and clean audio.
• Bring all necessary equipment—camera, tripod, lavalier or shotgun mic, and basic lighting if needed for stage visibility.
• Hand over the raw footage promptly after the event; we can discuss any editing work once I’ve reviewed the material.
What I value
• Proven experience filming live talks or conferences.
• Ability to arrive early for a quick sound and lighting check.
• Discreet presence during the presentation so the audience remains relaxed.
