Seeking music producer with Historical Insight for Epic Metal/Folk Music Production
Budget: $10 – $30 CAD
I'm working on a musical project inspired by historical themes — combining the storytelling depth of history with the raw intensity of epic metal and the cultural richness of folk music.
I’m looking for a composer/producer who can:
* Create original compositions rooted in historical inspiration (ancient, medieval, mythological, etc.)
* Blend metal and folk elements — think layered guitars, traditional instruments, choral parts, etc.
* Capture an epic, cinematic feel with emotional weight and storytelling depth
* Deliver high-quality audio (WAV/MP3) + stems if possible
Ideal Skills & Experience:
* Strong understanding or passion for historical periods, mythology, or folklore
* Proficiency in composing metal/folk/epic music (examples like Wardruna, Eluveitie, Two Steps From Hell, or Ensiferum are welcome)
* Skilled in arrangement, production, and emotional sound design
* Able to work with real and/or virtual instruments
* Bonus: Ability to incorporate voice, lyrics, or authentic-sounding chants
