30-Second Real Footage MMA Tutorials -- 2
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
I’m building a library of bite-sized MMA training clips designed for female athletes at every stage—from day-one beginners to experienced fighters refining advanced moves. Each video must run 30 seconds or less and combine two key elements:
• A clear voice-over that calls out the movement, timing, and key coaching points in real time
• A crisp demonstration using real footage of either a grappling technique or a conditioning drill, filmed so details are easy to follow on a phone-sized screen
The series should progress logically, starting with fundamental positioning and simple body-weight conditioning, then moving into intermediate chain-wrestling transitions and, finally, advanced submissions or high-intensity conditioning circuits. I’ll supply a rough outline of the curriculum; you’ll script, shoot, add the voice track, and deliver ready-to-post MP4s.
Ideal flow for each clip:
1. Title card (1-2 s)
2. Demonstration with precise voice instructions (≤28 s)
3. Quick recap frame (1 s)
Please keep the pacing tight, the audio perfectly synced, and the visuals clean—think Instagram Reels or TikTok. Export in 1080 × 1920 vertical format unless you propose a smarter size.
Deliverables:
• 1 master style sample for approval
• 20 final videos covering beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels (evenly split)
• Project files, so I can iterate later
Submission is complete when all videos play smoothly, stay within the 30-second cap, and the voice-over is intelligible without background noise. Let’s create concise, high-energy content women can trust to sharpen their grappling and conditioning wherever they train.
