Sales Training Video Editing -- 2

I have a series of 8–10-minute sales training videos recorded in a mix of English and Hindi that need a quick, tidy polish. Your job is to transform each raw recording into a viewer-ready lesson within 2–3 days of receiving the files. I intend to post 2-3 videos every month and would like it to be a long term engagement.

What I need from you
• Tight edits that remove pauses, stumbles, and filler while keeping the flow natural
• Basic color correction and balanced audio so the speaker sounds clear and consistent
• Static English subtitles synced to speech and exported both burned-in and as a separate .srt file
• 1 eye-catching YouTube-style thumbnail per video (bold text, high contrast, sales-oriented imagery)
• A few relevant cut-in pictures or slide graphics to illustrate key concepts (e.g., funnel diagrams, prospecting visuals)
