Romanian audio editor needed

I need a Romanian audio editor for a project I have. Basically I record short audios (10-20 minutes), only voice, where I talk about a topic. I need someone to remove/cut all the mistakes (like when I pronounce a word wrong and I repeat the sentence), the mouth noises, mouth clicks, saliva noises etc and give me the final file. Understanding Romanian perfectly is mandatory.

If you can also improve the general sound and make the voice a little more clear and smooth that would be great, but 90% of the job is to clean the recording from the mistakes I mentioned. There will be several gigs over the time.
