Resturant audio engineer -- 2

I have a really busy breakfast restaurant and I have a noise problem. We also do play music all the time. It’s usually country. We do have 10 in ceiling speakers there in use. However I feel we need more a surround sound system because when the music is turned up a little cause the volume we see the tables around that speaker under it or near it will be uncomfortable for them while other people further away and listen to it comfortably and still keep their conversation. I need help solving this problem. Thank you in advance.
