Reels editing

I am looking for someone to create social media reels with a focus on audio enhancement that range from 0-1 minute in length. The person I am looking for should be highly knowledgeable and experienced in audio enhancement as well as reels editing. They should be capable of using effective visual and storytelling techniques to ensure the reels are produced to the highest standard. My end goal is to create reels that are visually and audibly powerful and that contains a sound that resonates and moves the viewer.
