ProTools 11 Crashing on Windows 10

Hi, I have Protools 10 with a windows 10 pc and an eleven rack as the interface. It’s old, but it worked perfectly for years. It stopped working one day. I tried reinstalling it, and upon launch, the system went into auto repair. After weeks of dialogue with avid and Sweetwater ( where I bought Protools 10 perpetual license) no real answer. Anyone want to take a shot at fixing it? Thanks
