Podcasting. Edit the audio and video. Scheduling -- 2

I am looking for an ongoing help with editing podcasting videos and audios.

Must be fluent in english - speak (with me) and write ( a caption)
Must have their own Video Editing Software to edit and smooth skin in videos
Fast internet speed for uploading

Responsibilities include

I record 1 videos a week and upload them for editing into the dropbox folder. I will need skin smoothing, red ribbon for title done, cut the ends of the video and audio extracted. Then I will ask to upload ready videos to folders and then schedule podcasting audio alongside with caption in RSS podcasting service, and schedule a video to be livestreammed into streamyard.com. After the full videos are done, I will want for you to cut one reel out of each of the podcasts, format it for vertical reel , add red ribbon with title and upload it to a folder. Is that something you can do?
