Podcast audio editing

I am looking for an audio editor who can take on the legwork of pulling together the audio from six voices for my podcast's main episodes, which usually run to between 75 and 95 minutes. Each episode has a specific structure: me presenting with two panellists commenting throughout, broken up by three 10-minute interviews in which I speak one-to-one with additional interviewees. The sections are broken up with musical stings and near the beginning I drop another voice in for a five-minute stint. I'd like audio levelling throughout. Ideally we would work on this as a team project in Premiere Pro, but I'm open to alternatives. The podcast also features bonus episodes in a panel format, which could also be included. Attached is a screenshot of how a finished episode looks in Premiere Pro.
