Podcast Enhancement (Audio and Video files and Lip Synch)

We need a podcast editor for audio and video that is familiar with the Riverside software. We'd start out with 1 podcast weekly. More podcasts available if we can see that you do consistent high-quality work including synching the audio to video. (Lip Synch). We would pay $30 per enhancement of each podcast to start . Each podcast has about 6 files (3 people with both an audio and video file). Need a 24 hour turn-around time.
