Podcast Audio Enhancement and Production

I'm in need of a seasoned audio editor to enhance the quality of my podcast episodes. Success in this role would involve understanding the conversation flow of my interviews, identifying and taking out the less engaging parts, and generally improving the audio for a more riveting experience for my audience. Some key responsibilities include:

- Enhancing the overall audio quality to improve listener experience.

- Skillfully understanding and navigating the conversation flow, identifying less engaging parts to be removed.

Essential skills and experience needed for the job:

- Proven experience in audio editing, specifically for podcasts
- Exceptional understanding of pacing and storytelling in audio form

Please note, each podcast episode ranges from 2-5 hours, your ability to efficiently manage such lengthy audio files is a must. Apply if you have a knack for turning lengthy interviews into compelling listens.

This is a long term project, I've produced over 15 episodes so far and usually do 1-2 a month. I'm looking for someone who's reliable for ongoing work.

I'm happy to hire 5-10 people first for a 20 minute segment and compare the results, then select the best person for ongoing work.
